Rigatoni RightOrWrong

A.K.A. SAUSAGE MANGIA... because you want to eat it like ya got 6 assholes!!
This lady I work with, Angela Guido (yes it's her real name) from the BX, makes all these real italian dishes & sometimes brings it in for all the gavones at my job. i had this the other day and was piiiiised that there was only enough for a cup. So i made it today... pix to come ;-)

Garlic 4 clove pieces
Onion 1 chopped 1” pieces

Sautéed in Olive Oil in skillet with cover

Hot Sausage 6 links

Remove casings
After onions have caramelized,
Place sausages (they will fall apart as they cook) in oil/garlic/onion

When sausages appear to start falling apart and they look basically cooked, add

Chicken broth cubes 2

Water 2 cups (maybe more if you like)

As the water begins to steam up, turn to ½ heat and add

Salt
Pepper
Parmesan cheese
Oregano
Parsley

(add to taste)

Chopped Spinach 1 frozen block pkg

Allow to cook for 30 – 45 minutes

Boil 1 pound of rigatoni

Combine both together

Enjoy!!
